I am in an old abandoned house. Gangstas including a woman, who flips a coin to decide ones fate barges in to the house. They are looking for something. There is a child that is trapped. His friends with skateboards come and the trapped child is sent away. It seems the trapped child is involved with the gangstas. A gangster ties up the cops with explosives. Gangstas call cops and run out of the house to try to blend in. The gangstas keep saying it would have been bad if Moby was watching. Moby indeed was watching, and shows something with an eye from behind a stair rail inside the house. The cops are still all standing outside strapped with explosives. It appears they are tied up with coax cable.
